It’s difficult to adequately put into words how amazing my experience was. Planning a wedding is stressful on its own & finding the perfect dress is even harder. I was lucky enough to have Una & the owner Clara help me find THE dress! They were patient, attentive, friendly & so eager to find what I wanted. Not only are the staff pleasant, but the inside of this store is absolutely stunning. Clean. Everyone was smiling. I left in tears based on how blown away I was with this appointment. If I could give galleria gowns more than 5 stars, I would!

Amazing experience for not only my daughter the bride but for our whole family. They truly made this an enjoyable and unforgettable experience and helped my daughter find the dress of her dreams. Ulma and the owner were so professional and compassionate. I would recommend them and give 100 stars if I could.

I had an incredible time with Una (who is fabulous!!!) finding my wedding dress. After discussing briefly she pulled 5 dresses that all looked wonderful on me, with the final dress being “the one”. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here!

Stopped into Galleria Gowns to look for a wedding dress in between appointments for David’s Bridal. They had a sample sale and they were able to squeeze me in. From the second we entered the store, the energy was so positive and the receptionists made me feel like finding my dress was their main priority. Our stylist was Una and she was just so positive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable trying on dresses and made me feel beautiful!! This experience was like night and day compared to David’s Bridal and the dresses were much higher quality. I would recommended Galleria Gowns to anyone that is looking for a wedding dress. Five star dress and experience!

Galleria Gowns in Highland Heights is an amazing boutique for finding the perfect gown. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Clara, is an absolute delight. She has an incredible eye for fashion and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gown. The selection is exceptional and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Galleria Gowns to anyone in search of a beautiful gown for their special occasion!

I couldn’t have went with a more perfect shop to purchased my wedding dress from! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything went perfectly smooth from trying on various dresses to my alteration appointments. I drove over two hours for each visit to this shop and it was totally worth it. Thank you so much!

This place was AMAZING!! literally best experience ever!! Allie was wonderful I would 100% request her! I showed her photos, and she narrowed down so quickly what I wanted, what I liked and didn’t like, and she kept it in my price range which was incredible. She was AMAZING. great selection of dresses and had the perfect day there.

Highly recommend Galleria Gowns! The ladies are amazing to work with and are so kind, professional, and really care about finding your perfect dress. Una helped me find my dress after showing her 1 inspiration photo. It happened to be the first dress she pulled for me. She was incredibly helpful and even after I said this was the dress, not one worker there pressured me to buy it (unlike at other boutiques I've visited). Instead, Una insisted I take my time and to feel free to come back in a few days to try it on again if I wasn't confident. Since purchasing my dress, they've worked with me on finding my bridal party colors, individual styles for all 10 of my bridesmaids, and have happily dealt with me popping in the store every so often to ask questions. Can't wait to go in for alterations in a few months. You will feel well taken care of here!

I definitely recommend making an appointment at Galleria Gowns to look for your wedding dress. They carry a wide selection with many different styles to choose from. You can also find dresses at a reasonable price. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I went in not exactly knowing what style I wanted. They were able to help me limit options and find "the one." In fact, the first dress Una pulled for me is the one I ended up buying. Not only did I purchase my dress at Galleria Gowns, but I had it altered there as well. Alterations became more of a process than I had anticipated, but Dani listened to my concerns and helped to fit the dress just the way I wanted. I was very pleased with the end result.
