This place is AMAZING!! I have been to two other well known bridal shops in the area before coming here and I wish I would’ve started here from the beginning of my dress shopping experience. They had soooo many beautiful options. Katharine was extremely helpful and made my wedding dress experience memorable. She asked for idea pictures of what I wanted and nailed it on the head with the possibilities. The other bridal shops didn’t give me that many options to try out and made me feel pressured to make a decision even though I wasn’t in love with anything. I was extremely nervous coming into my third bridal shop after my prior experiences. Katharine never made me feel pressured, I was comfortable voicing my opinions and anytime I didn’t like something she came back with options that exceeded my own vision. I ended up saying yes to the dress and I’m am soo excited!!! Highly recommended going here!!!

I had such a wonderful experience finding my dress here! From the very beginning, they truly listened to what I liked, what I was looking for, and what I needed. They were so patient and attentive and helped me find the perfect dress that fit me beautifully.

The alterations were done perfectly as well, and I couldn’t have been happier with the final result. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming every time I came in. The place is beautiful, the people are wonderful, and you can really tell they care about making you feel special.

My experience at Galleria was amazing! I found a picture of a dress I wanted online, the store did not carry that particular style but they ordered me in a sample ASAP and got me in there to try it on and make my dreams come true. It was the perfect dress and the team was amazing for working with styling the dress, alterations, and the final steam/press everything was perfect.

We enjoyed my bridal appointment so much my mom ended up getting two dresses there! Overall rockstar team and experience.

Stacy immediately got to know my style and helped me find my dress on my first visit (it had arrived that day and was still in the box)! She and the team were thorough and helpful throughout all my fittings and alterations. They are genuinely happy for you and get to know you prior to your big day!

Truly so grateful I decided to come here. Isabella made my entire experience & I felt so comfortable with her. She gave me all the input I needed and sat with me as I cried for THE ONE. I am so so happy I got paired with her. Such a great variety of dresses and ended up going with a dress I never expected.

It’s difficult to adequately put into words how amazing my experience was. Planning a wedding is stressful on its own & finding the perfect dress is even harder. I was lucky enough to have Una & the owner Clara help me find THE dress! They were patient, attentive, friendly & so eager to find what I wanted. Not only are the staff pleasant, but the inside of this store is absolutely stunning. Clean. Everyone was smiling. I left in tears based on how blown away I was with this appointment. If I could give galleria gowns more than 5 stars, I would!

I had an incredible time with Una (who is fabulous!!!) finding my wedding dress. After discussing briefly she pulled 5 dresses that all looked wonderful on me, with the final dress being “the one”. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here!

Galleria Gowns in Highland Heights is an amazing boutique for finding the perfect gown. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Clara, is an absolute delight. She has an incredible eye for fashion and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gown. The selection is exceptional and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Galleria Gowns to anyone in search of a beautiful gown for their special occasion!

I couldn’t have went with a more perfect shop to purchased my wedding dress from! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. This place was AMAZING!! literally best experience ever!! Allie was wonderful I would 100% request her! I showed her photos, and she narrowed down so quickly what I wanted, what I liked and didn’t like, and she kept it in my price range which was incredible. She was AMAZING. great selection of dresses and had the perfect day there.

Highly recommend Galleria Gowns! The ladies are amazing to work with and are so kind, professional, and really care about finding your perfect dress. Una helped me find my dress after showing her 1 inspiration photo. It happened to be the first dress she pulled for me. She was incredibly helpful and even after I said this was the dress, not one worker there pressured me to buy it (unlike at other boutiques I've visited). Instead, Una insisted I take my time and to feel free to come back in a few days to try it on again if I wasn't confident. Since purchasing my dress, they've worked with me on finding my bridal party colors, individual styles for all 10 of my bridesmaids, and have happily dealt with me popping in the store every so often to ask questions. Can't wait to go in for alterations in a few months. You will feel well taken care of here!
